Parental consent letter – Photos & Changing Rooms
Photography and Live-streaming of matches
Fives and Heronians Colts Section likes to celebrate the success of our cricket teams and individuals but we will only do this if you consent to your child being photographed (including digital and video images) where we propose to use the images for publicity purposes. This may include things such as the web site, newspaper reports and the club notice board etc.The Club adheres to the England and Wales Cricket Board guidance and policy on the use of photographs and video.
Additionally, some adult matches are live-streamed. Please be aware that should your child be selected for an adult match, participation may be live streamed and/or videoed alongside live scorecard updates showing the name of your child. We will only pick your children for adult matches should you be happy with that arrangment.
Changing Rooms
Fives and Heronians encourages Colts aged 13 and upwards to play in adult matches. Please be aware should your child be selected for an adult matches the club cannot guarantee that your child will have access to a separate changing room to the adult members of the team. Therefore, if your child is playing in an adult match, it is likely that the changing room will be shared with the adult members of the team. However, no phones, cameras or other image recording equipment are allowed to be used in the changing room. We will only pick your children for adult matches should you be happy with these changing room arrangements.
With regards to photos, live streaming and changing rooms, the Club will seek your permission only once, but should you wish to review your decision in the future, you may of course withdraw your consent.
